Yup, but what exactly does it do? Guessing what it was from was fairly simple, you just had to look through my previous posts in this thread, but guessing how it works is going to be a bit trickier.

Yes, they are chick waterers! A mason jar sits on top. I raised several batches of chicks and never realized what these are....I think large chicks might knock over the jars tho.

This is actually a bit of a tricky one, you need to be able to visualize inside your head how the key switch works, and what that part does if you haven't taken apart the type of switch beforehand. Here is another hint/leading question, how does the switch transfer the vertical downward momentum sideways to make the key press register?
