No, I can't find one quite like it on the net. But that is what it said on the tag and hubby said his grandpa had one almost exactly like it. His grandpa used it to carry a battery to different pieces of equipment because he was too cheap to buy more than one battery. :lau
I guess they didn't used to come with handles on them :idunno

we need one of those! a rat chewed the battery strap on this car which has been stored in a barn a few years....what store is selling it?

Flea market in carthage. The one over by lowes. They have changed the name of it and I can't remember what it's called now.
