Hi there I am wondering what this might be one of our 3 1/2 - 4 week olds just pooped this out I haven’t ever seen anything like this is it worms? Our birds eat scratch and peck organic chick feed fermented twice a day morning and at night then dry through today and night the chick who did this seems normal as far as active and growing and thriving but just baffled at what this may be please help thank you so much in advance
No they are only 3 1/2 - 4 weeks on Thursday this is the first time I have seen this do I need to treat all?? We have a 7 3 1/2 almost 4 week olds and 3 2week olds we are in a rural part of Alaska so there is no feed stores and a vet is only here once a month the vet will be here next week but do not want to wait that long...I will order some Wazine in the mean time is there anything else I need to do??
What kind of worms are they??? I just ordered Wazine online hopefully gets here soon I also asked a friend here that has chickens to see maybe if they have any on hand fingers crossed
Thank you for your help I ordered Wazine do I need to treat all birds? And the worms are the two bigger ones or the red one? I used a tooth pic and kinda poke at them this is what it looks like now they never wiggled what so ever
Will do they are not old enough to lay eggs yet so by the time they start laying in a few months they eggs will be fine right? We have had chicken before but never have had worms
