Can you take tweezers and try to pick anything out of there It will look like cheesy consistency?

Yes I am trying, it is very difficult. He don't sit still or want anything to do with me picking at his foot.

Wrap him in a large towel and I bet it hurts but if you can get that thick pus gob out he’ll heal pretty quick.

Idk what else to do? Dig more or apply the cream? Take him to Cornell, they are only vet practice open just very very expensive. I cannot afford to take him there.
