I think that the purple feathers are probably from Blu-kote or something..if not, I'm certainly curious to know what's up with those as well!Are you wondering about the spots on her head/face or the purple feathers? lol
They should call this one Human Pox!It looks like the dry kind. You'll want to check inside her mouth, too, I would think. Wet pox (which this doesn't appear to be) brings with it cankers.
Nothing you can do, really, if it's dry pox. My chickens all had it and it went away without complications. Ironically, it's like chicken pox in humans....

ETA: You can put iodine on the pox (not the ones in her eyes or if she has any on her mouth, obviously). It helps to dry them out.
