Can somebody tell me what this is and how to treat it I put some coconut oil on it temporarily not sure what else to do for it

I would flush with saline and then put Neosporin (triple antibiotic ointment) on it.
Probably a bite or injury from catching it on something sharp that got infected.

someone told me possibly fowl pox? is that a possibility?
