What is this???

[My First Time Farm]

Ok so I've had this rooster for about a year now and I'm just now getting curious as to what he is. I got him when he first started crowing so I have no baby pictures. And the picture I'm showing you guess is when he lost a good portion of his comb to frostbite. He has a comb type that you would find on an orpinton rooster. I forgot what kind that's called. He has yellow feet. I'm not sure what he is. The owner didn't know anything about chickens he didn't even know what a leghorn looked like.

He looks like a mixed breed/mutt.

I'm not an expert with this breed, but he looks like he could be a Dominique cross

He is most definitely not. Looks to be a male Sapphire Gem.
