What is this???

Ok so I've had this rooster for about a year now and I'm just now getting curious as to what he is. I got him when he first started crowing so I have no baby pictures. And the picture I'm showing you guess is when he lost a good portion of his comb to frostbite. He has a comb type that you would find on an orpinton rooster. I forgot what kind that's called. He has yellow feet. I'm not sure what he is. The owner didn't know anything about chickens he didn't even know what a leghorn looked like.

It looks like a chicken to me just my opinion, though.

I'm thinking he is mixed also, but that doesn't matter.. he is very handsome and if he is not aggressive then he is even better!!
