What is this?

Found in the "fort Knox" run enclosure, no other bird flapping around.

It is about an inch long, faint speckles.

Looks to be a fairy egg. They normally happen in either really young birds or really old birds when hormones are all over. They can also just be a glitch in the system for normal aged birds. They only have egg whites in them with either teeny tiny specks of yolk or none at all.
 
Nothing wrong with it, as said above it's a fairy egg. You can't Hatch from it, but you can still eat it (but you won't have a yolk). I have a jar of them. They dry out after a while (but are very easy to break)
