They might be doing it but you can’t tell if you are not outside when they do itYou said you had two roosters
True thereFertility presents as a bullseye in the yolk. It is hard to see unless you ae looking for it. It is not a red spot or bloody. Sometimes a small piece of lining or hemorrhage from the hen is encapsulated in an egg. It is harmless and OK to use the egg.
Your cockerels are young. They will probably start to cover your hens later as they mature.
