What is this?

I'm curious what type of chicken this is. It's about 10 weeks old. Would like to figure out it's gender, too.

It is a pullet (girl) and either a welbar or a wellsummer. If you can get a little better pic that wasn't blurry, I'd be able to take a better guess at which one.

Is it a bantam? It could very well be a Black Breasted Red Old English Game (bantam) pullet, as they have gender specific coloring on males and females and the tail is cocked higher than a Welsummer pullet's tail should be.

Definitely a bantam. I got this cutie a few weeks before the barred rocks and the other day I seen this chicken walk through the legs of one of the BRs lol

Maybe an olive egger? It looks like my baby. A cream legbar and welsummer.
