I administered to the one hen only with the worm. Is it 100 necessary to give it to every single bird???

I'd say yes. As @dawg53 said, if one has them, most likely the rest do as well. You may be able to add that dewormer to their water? But I'm not sure. Hopefully some other posters can confirm this.

If one has worms, they all may be carrying some. It is up to you whether or not to worm them all. There is a 14 day egg withdrawal time with those and most wormers. A tiny bit of the medication may make its way into an egg, but many people still eat the eggs. Neither SafeGuard or Valbazen can be given in the water because they settle out and the dosage then would not be accurate.

So the hen had the worm and has a broken egg in her. I wormed first, and have given 2 epsom salt baths which resulted in scrambled egg droppings.

2 hours after bath, she napped, and then i seen this!!!

Try giving her Vitamin D, it will help with calcium absorption and the shells should harden. Otherwise it might be due to Salpingitis.

Looks Iike infectious material from salpingitis. She might need some antibiotics to beat the infection.
