What is this?

    Brand new to raising chickens I have 3 2 RIR and and autrolorp. One of my RIR has these blad spots and they are super red. I went to feed them this morning and I noticed a black spot on her back, I think its a scab. none of the other have it. I dont see any bugs on them. Help

    Just because you can't see any bugs, doesn't mean they don't have them. Sure wouldn't hurt to dust her with poultry dust.
