What is this?

Here is the video,
Also we have cooling system for all our peafowl pens since its really hot here in the summer, could it be from cold climate?!

The same thing happened with our male peacock, he just dissapeared for a while and when he came back, our chickens pecked at him and he did have mites. It looked about as bad as yours did. Sad thing is he died a couple of days later. We tried giving him medication, but for some reason none of it helped. Hopefully experts figure this out, it really is frustrating :/

We were on holiday and i haven't seen them since two weeks, i have no idea when she starts to look like this!

Would it be safe to assume if the mites affect pheasants and turkeys they will also affect Peafowl?

I'm no expert, but I think it's fair to assume that chickens, peafowl, game birds, turkeys or other poultry can all get the same parasites.

Here, the day she lays:

Moves all the time.
Scrapes the ground.
Feels the heat ... beak open.
Flat back.
Tail shelf form .
Often looks upwards.
Lower wings.
Little clucks.
