What is up with this egg?

So I have had my chickens for about a month now... 3 pullets 2 year olds. One of my year old suddenly stopped laying eggs. No signs of anything wrong I've checked all symptoms she's healthy so I don't know what's up with her... any ways I get home from work today and found this small egg in the nest. Not sure if it's from one of my pullets or from my on that's not laying or I'm not surebut it's a small egg... can anyone tell me what's up with it? I'm afraid to open it.. I dont know why lol picture is attached and the picture is of a normal size egg next to it. Any help Wil be appreciated. =)

I get those small eggs sometimes they dont have egg yolk. Not sure if it means anythings wrong but mine go back to laying like normal.

Sometimes they just lay small eggs. Usually inside it is just white, or white with a small yolk
