What is wrong with ducks wing feather?

Thank goodness it's not angelwing. The funny thing is when I pick him up I can't find the feathers thats sticking out. I found out that its not the wing feathers though because when I picked him up I spreaded his wings out and they all look fine. Thanks for answers.

My Jumbo Pekin has that too. Its where the wings fold up and lay and at the bottom of the joint it sort of pushes these soft feathers out, when she walks or should I waddles they float back and forward.
Ive just gone and put them up for the night and had a look. Its the feathers at the tops of her legs and where the wings fold, the fust sort of float out the ways..Nothing to worry about.
