What is wrong with her feathers?

She is done molting, They molted last fall.

Sounds to me like a nutritional or genetic issue.

I think it is genetic but what would cause the problem?

She eats good. I watch her eat. I thought it was nutritional when I first got her but I have had her almost a year and she has molted and her new feathers came in like that.
