The calcium is more effective for her condition than any fancy medicine. Keep up with a tablet each day until she expels the blockage that's pushing out the prolapse.

Thanks so much everyone.
I have caught her the past 2 nights and bathed her in warm water with epson salts. I then applied "soov" haemorrhoid ointment and gently pushed the "lump" back inside the vent.
Today she looks so much better. It has semi returned to position and no fluid leakage. I have attached pics.
I have been told several methods and have attached a pic of the different medications I have been suggested. Which is best to use?

I agree, I would give her the calcium.

Of the 3 products you have in the photo, I would use the Betadine ointment. It will help keep the tissue moist, you don't want it to dry out.

The other 2 you have - Soov has Lidocaine, so I would not use that.
Centrigen would work but it's not going to keep the tissue moist and the purple dye will makes it harder to access a wound.
