What is wrong with my chicken poop?

I just treated my chickens with five days of corid liquid
They didn’t have yellow liquid poop, but they did have some diarrhea for a while. It could’ve just been from eating too many berries in the yard cause I have blackberry bushes, but I thought it would just be a good idea to give them a round of five days of corid and it was so easy, just 2 teaspoons per each 1 gallon of water in their buckets I made it fresh every morning
It’s funny, my chickens drink out of buckets because they used to live together with the Ducks and they prefer the buckets lol

Is it dehydration or something else?
The chicken that laid it is about three months old.
