What is wrong with my chickens?

I just got some new chickens and I noticed that some of the poop looked like this. Can any one tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?

Sure looks like they have worms. I hope those aren't maggots.
And with that many worms and the blood, they may have a heavy infestation. So doing a heavy worming dose might kill them because of the toxicity of a large number of dead worms.

When chickens have a heavy infestation of worms it will result in bloody droppings. Here is an article by @KikisGirls

Well definitely they need some help. Don’t know where you live do you have stores that sell live stock supplies? Walmart?
Do you have other chickens?

I got them at a Amish sale. And yes I have other chickens.
