What is wrong with my Hen's eye? Pics inside!!! Please Help!!!

Hey can you guys please let me know what in the world is going on with my hens eye..... Some type of white growth that is in her sinus passage way and growing so large that it impairs her vision.... We remove the thick hard flesh like growth and clean the eye thoroughly and her eye gets better,along with her vision but it eventually comes back. She does not seem bothered by it until it gets large and then her eye and sinuses leak and she rubs her feathers hence all of the black on her feathers. Her egg production is normal and she is eating, drinking and filling the coop with her share of droppings. Can anyone recommend what in the world this thing is and what we can do to help our baby girl?

Oh my gosh! I think it must be fowl pox! I am pretty sure when they get the bumps in their eye this is what happens....
