What is wrong with my hens eye??

I need help with my hens left eye. It looks fuzzy! Not really crusty. I ahevbno idea what is going on. She seems fine. No other symptoms but it has been like this for over a month now.

I'm posting a picture of the good eye and then the "fuzzy" eye.

I forgot to mention that another concern was that she has yet to lay. She at least 8 months old

It looks to me like she has either stick tight fleas or mites around her eyes, as seen in the black dots. Is that what you are seeing? What state do you live in? Can you look her over for bugs? Most insects such as mites, fleas, and lice are safely treated with permethrin, but stick tight fleas may need to be removed with tweezers.
