What is wrong with my hens foot?

Hi guys,
i only just noticed my hens foot pad is a bit swollen and she has a black dot under her foot, she also has a smaller one on the other foot half the size of this one.
She has a minor limp when i watch her closely aswel.

I did book a vet appointment for 2 days away but im not sure how expensive it could get eek..
