It is possible that another quail pecked its eye and has caused swelling and weeping. But sometimes a swollen eye may be a sign of respiratory disease. I would clean the eye with saline or a clean wet warm wash cloth. Then apply some Terramycin or plain Neosporing ointment into the eye twice a day. Clean it as needed before applying the ointment. Note if see any bubbles or foam in the eye, or pus.

Yeah idk if it's from another quail because it is in both eyes but the one pictured is just the worse eye.

Has it gotten better? Try saline solution for contacts, it might work. When mine had a problem like that it went away with saline solution.

Just wondering if this worked as one of my quail may have a similar issue
General care for an eye that has been injured or looks infected would be to follow the instructions in Post#2.👇
I've had Quail with pecked eyes or even had some debris/bedding get into the eye. Flushing/cleaning the eye and putting ointment in the eye a couple of times a day worked well.
