What is wrong with my RI red?!

She's not moving around too much, not eating much and she has these jerking motions with her neck. Her comb is flopped over too. Her chest seems really swollen and she fell off balance when she went to itch her nose. Her eyes seem swollen too. I just put electrolytes and probiotic in their water and she's been drinking it. What else can I do? Is this catchy to the rest of my flock?

I'll let other more experienced members suggest a diagnosis, but you should isolate her ASAP in case it is infectious. Electrolytes in her water is a good start until you know what you are up against.
