What is wrong with my rooster?

I have two roosters and the one that is scared of the other one has blood on it's foot. I wonder what happened.

They probably got into a fight. Keep a close eye on them. I've had roosters kill each other before. What breed are they? do you have any blue kote to cover up the blood?
