What is wrong with my silkie?

Have you had adult chickens develop splayed leg? There were no signs of it until a week ago. Ive also heard that splayed leg cant be fixed in adult birds only prevented from getting worse

I'm a chicken rescue, so they come w curly toes, splay legged, frazzles, soured, wormy, etc. Usually up to 3 yrs old. I don't ask how, I just rehab them the same.

added a vitamin b complex to the water and food about a week ago. Hasnt gotten any worse, but hasnt gotten better either. I put it i the yard in the morning and evening (keep it separated from the other birds in the shed) so it has more space to try to walk around, but still the same situation. Maybe a few wobbly steps but still nothing. Pictured: vitamin supplements and feed ive been using.
Issues started August 1st. Bird is 5 months old.
