What is wrong with my Silkie?

We bought 2 last year. The first one had this and some brain issues, kept swinging his head and going in circles. This one, as you can see, has lost most of the back feathers. Does anyone know what it is and what I can do about it?

Thank you, but I've seen molting before and this isn't it. She's been losing them since last Nov.

Do you have any roosters? Have you checked her over for signs of ectoparasites? What are they being fed?
