It looks like there is something stuck in her crop with the little bulge on her neck.
Can you wrap a blanket around her, making sure not to wrap around the crop and neck? Then straddle over her without putting any weight on her or have someone else hold her as you try to check her airway and down her throat for blockages with a flashlight. I agree with the previous post that there could also be an illness. Can we get a picture of her eyes? How old is she? When did she lay her last egg? She could also be mimicking a rooster's crow badly, but that's somewhat rare.

Her eyes are ok, no fluid or something, she is 6 months, I do not know if she is laying eggs yet and looking in her throat as far as I can see nothing wrong. She keeps away from the flock and still making noise....
