What made you happy today?

I will be happy if I know what to cook for breakfast. lunch and dinner today.

Sometimes I just have no inspiration to cook at all, lacking inspiration or just lazy bone?

I got a large chunk of chocolate cake in the cafeteria and found a nice sunny quiet place by myself to eat it.

Unfortunately, this proved to be a disappointment. I followed the recipe and put the bread with the cheese in it in the oven at 350° for 20 min. The cheese did not melt but the bread got too crusty. It was ... "sorta" good but not at all like represented on the tv program. . Kind of a waste of a day's effort. I still have the second loaf though, so that's good.
