What is wrong with this chicken egg?

This is the second egg in a row that I have received from the same chicken. What is going on with her?

It looks like the shell is soft. This usually indicates that she doesn't have enough calcium to make adequate shells. Start giving all the chickens either clam shell (can be bought in large bags from feed store), or if you eat lots of eggs, you can feed them the shells. The roosters won't eat them and the females will only eat them if they need them. Try it for a couple days and see if it improves.
