What is wrong with this hen?

What is wrong with my little girl here? Age is 1year plus. Barred rock, thin, feather loss on bottom and some under wings.
I been treating with monistat-and antifungal cream- day 4
1/2 inch via mouth and rest on body.
I bathed her in Epsom salt on day 1. Blow dried her- she is in house because it's 8 degrees outside and even colder with wind chill.
I sprayed her with premose lice and mite spray. Never seen any bugs ever.
Day 4 - no feather growth.
Yes, we have a cockerel.
She has been seperated for about a week.
Giving her extra protein, plain yogurt and scrambled eggs every other day.
Thanks - really need to figure this out. I have 3 other hens in coop with whitish buts- treating them w monistat too. They have more feathers.
Poop is healthy, and she still lays eggs every day.gonna call her Homebody since she is living in my foyer.

What percent protein is your feed? When both their wings and butt have feather damage it is usually rubbing from mating. Also her lower back looks like it may have some broken feathers which would also indicate it’s from mating. It will grow back in when she molts again. I would stop giving her monistat orally. She doesn’t have any skin issues the color differences are from the cold temperatures. Treating too much or for the wrong thing only stresses a chicken out and can make a non-sick chicken sick.

I don't see any indication of Vent Gleet. Skin looks nice, clean and undamaged.

Consider adding more space. Ensure your ladies are getting enough protein.

She is missing feathers on her neck too by her wattle.
She did have white discharge on day 1 of the week.
I give meal worms and scrambled eggs.
Protein suggestions- Feather fixer or grower feed?
I can go soon. Why would there be no feathers on her stomach? Under her wings.
And would she be okay outside in this cold?
I did get saddles. I can add for wings.
I have a plan to desensitized for being in the foyer at 55degrees to garage at 40 and then coop w heat lamp.

Layer feed not sure of percentage but I give cat food and mealworm and soldier flies for extra protein and scrambled eggs 2 times a week in the cold

Is she laying? If not, an all-flock formula is adequate and will have higher protein. You can meet any calcium needs by providing crushed oyster shell in a separate vessel available at all times, laying hens will help themselves to what they need while non-layers will pretty much ignore it.

She'd probably be o.k. going back outside if you put her out there early in the day so she can adjust.

Do watch for drama. Often when one has been separated out for a day or more, the others aren't very welcoming.

The black rooster attacked her- so she is in the brooder for now. I will watch them tomorrow and make sure she isn't picked on
