If you could take a picture of it from the side that may help us figure out the sex.
It looks like a Piken, Alsbury or a white layer.
How old it is?
What dose it sound line?
Dose it have a curly feather on its tale?

I will get more pics today. The man I bought her from said she laid eggs everyday but no eggs yet and the duck acts agressive twards the other, which is a male so i dont know. I think it just went thro an eclipse so some feathers are growing back in but it does have some what curly tail feathers it should be relativly young the guy i bought her from diddnt speak good english. And she barley makes noise just to do this weird looking thing to the other duck that looks like a seizure.

If you look at your drake (male) in the first picture you can see three tail feathers that are sticking up and curling slightly forward. That is what is know as the drake curl. If it has a curl it's a drake.

There could be several reasons it hasn't laid yet. For one thing, hens in molt don't lay. So if it is molting it won't lay. Second, stressed hens don't lay and moving to a new home is very stressful. Most folks say it takes a couple weeks for them to settle in. That might also explain the aggressive behavior. It needs to establish it's place in the flock.

Does it quack at all? Only hens quack.
