It looks like a Piken, Alsbury or a white layer.

What dose it sound line?

yes she does quack, i think it is a femaleIf you look at your drake (male) in the first picture you can see three tail feathers that are sticking up and curling slightly forward. That is what is know as the drake curl. If it has a curl it's a drake.
There could be several reasons it hasn't laid yet. For one thing, hens in molt don't lay. So if it is molting it won't lay. Second, stressed hens don't lay and moving to a new home is very stressful. Most folks say it takes a couple weeks for them to settle in. That might also explain the aggressive behavior. It needs to establish it's place in the flock.
Does it quack at all? Only hens quack.
