I would love to own a brew pub so I can teach people to make the beer and food I like. Then I can hang out there with friends and drink the beer and eat the food that I didn't have to make myself, but is made exactly how I would make it.

Sigh. My dream job would be actually owning a small farm and being able to make a living on it. I have all kinds of "out of the box" ideas for that.
