What is your favorite homemade jelly?

Right now I;m on a pepper jelly kick. My mom sent me the recipe a few years ago but it was not until recently that I decided to make it. OMG - crackers will never be the same.

Tossup between blackberry and the peach from the tree in our front yard. I was blessed when we moved here the previous owners were BIG believers in fruit trees - YUM!!
