What is your favorite nut to eat and why?

I love cashews. They remind me of Christmas. We always had cashews around at Christmas time when I was a child and usually at no other time. I could eat a whole jar in one sitting.

I love them all but I think Pistachio is probably my favorite nut. The first time I had Pistachios was in ice cream and I've loved them ever since! The green ice cream tasted kind of funky to me as a child but the nuts were amazing!

Pistachios. As a kid my grandma would always have a bag for me when I'd come to visit her. My fingers would always be stained red. I loved those red pistachios and star mints. She always was stocked up on both for me.... because she loved me and I was her favorite.

I miss my grandma and anytime I have pistachios (I've stopped eating red ones, too messy!) I think of her.

Pecans are my favorite. I just like the taste. The stuff between the meat segments in the shell has a very funky taste.
