What Is Your Favorite Pickled Eggs Recipe?

I just last week started pickling eggs. Several recipes called for pickling spice. I bought McCormick pickling spice just to discover that it is sweet. I didn't want sweet pickled eggs. So I. Put a little garlic in the next jar with only vinegar and water. I will try one tomorrow to see how they turn out. Tell me your recipe and if you use pickling spice please tell me the specific kind.

I found the perfect pickling spice for me. Mrs. Wages Kosher Dill pickling spice. I used this to pickle cucumbers when I was raising my children. It is perfect with eggs too. I love ❤ it and so does my adult son. I pickle eggs all the time now
