It is about 10 feet tall. I planned to use it for my guineas but i might put chickens in it instead. I may like it so much i will make another one for a greenhouse!How tall is that? What you using it for?
well, going to due an update here on my latest project,
went to the local farm store and bought a book on sausage making, (from story's guides) well then my parents also got a meat smoker/grill, to smoke meat with. so we fired it up (after cooking the oils off) and smoked a pork roast and a gold eye (type of fish). and the roast turned out amazing, really good flavor.
the fish how ever turned out super salty and just tasted really bad. (it will be the last gold eye i ever smoke/keep to eat) so i have decided to stay with the usual fish i like to eat, (walleye, perch, pike, trout and burbot)
me too, Winnipeg smoked gold-eye is said to be amazing, (which is the province beside me) but i have an uncle who lives there (in Winnipeg) and had the real Winnipeg smoked gold, when i asked him he said no joke he threw up after eating a mouthful of it. this was my second or third try on smoking it and ever time it comes out super fishy and gross.I had heard the golden eye was best smoked and a delicacy .. never had one.. I like smoked salmon
