We've had chickens since 1998 we've had bard rocks, rirs,buffs,black sex links,white giants and wblrw , and leg horns. between all of them I'd have to say the leghorn and the black sex links are the least favorite.

I don't like the little bantam breeds that you can't do anything with. Can't eat their eggs, can't eat the meat (what meat?) and they can't sit on a nest of regular eggs for you.
If I'm going to have pretty birds, they need to do more than just be pretty. I want to eat their eggs and meat as well as gaze upon their lustrous feathers.

Anything bantam those little eggs are useless! I like nice big eggs, also seabrights very ugly little flighty bird, so how did End up with some bantys and a seabright I guess we learn as we go.
