What is Your Sprouted Feed Recipe?

I'm interested in getting into the sprouted feed, especially come winter; so my girls get full nutrition. So what do you guys find is your (and your ladies) favorite sprouted feed recipes?

Mine love sprouted sunflower seeds and wheat just sprouted (when the roots are still short), and definitely not grown to the fodder stage. You'll have to try out different things and see what your girls like.
