What is your stress reliever?

1. Spending time with my chickens help with my stress levels.

to relieve any stress, i have been practicing meditation lately.
I have removed alot of clutter from our house (knicknack crap) and have a space in the dining room, for a small bench. I placed a candle and incense, a calming photo. and cushion. I have been getting up while the kids are sleeping and sitting. its very relaxing. I play soft classical music sometimes too. the silence is nicest.
 
having my cats and chicken around me is the best thing, sooo chilled after, love them to bits

I crochet during the winter months to relax, and during the summer I'm outside alot, gardening and just caring for and watching the chickens.
 
Cooking is a GREAT stress reliever for me! I like to cook just about anything and everything, but when I have a rough day it's generally something bakeable - cake, cookies, bread, etc. I give it all away so I don't reap the "rewards" on my hips, LOL! Today it was pretzels!
 
I have pretty bad anxiety and the only thing that works is being surrounded by animal, preferably chickens. That sort of sounds funny.
Problem: anxiety.
Medication: chickens.
Dose: At least one hour per day.
Problem: solved
