Good job, my DH is in a get healthy program at work when he started he weighted 245 he is down to 225 so he is happy. Can't wait to see the updated pictures.

OK, I wasn't going to post pics until I hit the 100 lb mark, but I need a little ego boost, so have at it.

Here is me painting our first chicken coop last May. 441 lbs (ish).

Today at 349.6

Still a long way to go, but you can't walk a mile without first taking a step.
