have you ever heared the following saying:

"what would a farmer do if he hit the lottery and won millions of dollars? He would farm until all that money was gone too"

An avian veterinarian. While we're still on that fantasy, I would be young and beautiful, with a incredible singing voice. Sigh..... I've always wanted to take bellydancing lessons too. I'm not sure the world is ready for that.

A true country doctor. A small town, no mandatory paperwork, no insurance billing. Taking care of folks from birth till death. Absolute control of my schedule.

I'm too ADD to be happy with one job. I want a hobby farm for sure, but if I were rich, I would probably spend a large chunk of money on art supplies. Paints, pottery, glass, you name, I want to do it.

If I had to pick an actual career, I think I would enjoy art conservation/restoration. Or forensic pathology. But both of those are really hard to get into, and unfortunately, my grades took a dive when I was an undergrad pregnant with my first child, then a single mom struggling to graduate.

I would run a farm-style bed and breakfast and serve food that I had raised/farmed sustainably on the property, or at least locally-grown fare when I am serving food I do not necessarily raise myself. I would serve quiche made with fresh eggs, local cream/milk and cheese, and locally-raised bacon. Probably would just use store-bought flour for the crust because I don't think wheat grows in this area.

Lotta wine produced out here, though, so of course, my B&B would have only the best El Dorado & Amador county wines.

I would like to do this too.

I was actually considering moving to the country for that reason

There is a shortage of doctors in "the sticks" here in Australia and hence a slightly higher paycheck and more chickens. That is, when I graduate
