Grain weevils.

x2, grain weevils. Harmless to the chickens but they're eating the feed and pooping in it too, and if they get in your house you may find them in the flour or cereal, yuck.

Bay leaves will deter them. I’ve only seen these once in rice. The rice was washed and still eaten. They can still eat the feed.

No need to toss, but keep it out of your house and use it up promptly.
