What kind of caged birds do you have? Post a pic to share!

Ozymandias (Ozzy), she's aprox 7 years old.

Boidie, aprox 7 years old

Nameless hen, 3.5 years old

Idiotbird, 3.5 years old. She got her name because she insists on beating all the other budgies (particularly her sister) up to the point that the cage is covered in blood, so she lives in her own cage.

And Stormy, she's Hector and nameless hens daughter from earlier this year.

Are you sure Peetey is a boy? It's hard to tell from the angle of the photo, but it looks like he has white rings around his nostrils...

Ok, here are pics of my fids:

This is Cah'ya, my 2.5 year old Aru Eclectus. I got her as a newly weaned baby from a breeder in town because she was a "problem child" that he couldn't sell to a regular pet home. With a lot of love and training, she has become an affectionate, sweet, hilarious, wonderful, beautiful, precious companion.

Here's one where she's not flying:

This is Bayu, my 13 year old Red-Sided Eclectus. He was a rescue that had not led a great life before he came to me 3 years ago, so he had plucked out a lot of his feathers and still has some bad feather destructive behaviors, although he is better than he used to be. He is nonetheless a very sweet, loving, and hilarious boy.

This is Yodit. She's an 18 month old Red Bellied Parrot who came from the same breeder who gave me Cah'ya, because she is missing an eye and was getting injured by other birds in the nursery. Yodit and Cah'ya are my lesson/demo/ambassador birds that I use when I teach classes about bird ownership.

And here's one of her not flying:

This is Zuma, a Brown Headed Parrot. He is 15 years old and was given to me by a couple who had him his whole life and just got sick of him one day. He was in TERRIBLE shape when I got him, but has rebounded surprisingly well, all things considered. This is a super cute picture of him hunkering down for the night in his Happy Hut...

...but here's a full-body shot:

And finally, this is Dan Deacon. I have no idea how old he is, but he has some serious cuteness issues:

all those beautiful budgies, am thinking of getting one...

Here are my feathered kids!! They all talk and talk to each other too. Our Gray knows so many words we quit counting years ago. He calls me when he wants to know where I am. He is a ham and loves to talk, but the Umbrella is my love bug. She just wants to be cuddled all the time. If she doesn't get her way, she calls me a bad bird! Macaw is a funny girl and loves to tease me. They all three take a bath together as you can see.
