Yes. Feathered legs, and it is also a bantam. It looks like a brahma. (I think)

Cute cockerel!!! . Will you keep him???My friend has a Cochin rooster. He is so sweet! Not aggressive at all.

His name is Penguin, and I do want to keep him, you are correct, what a sweetheart! Plus, he has gorgeous teal feathers growing in! I have 8 chicks, and I ended up with 4 hens and 4 roos. I wish there was a way to put them all together, because I dont have the energy for more than 1 coop.

Definitely a cockerel, looks like either a cochin or pekin. Good luck with them and he’s beautiful!

He's a cutie! They are the best breed IMO... but I am a bit biased.
