It looks like an ee hen I had at one point but it could be many things. Its hard to tell at that age.

The color pattern is indicative of many different things, brown leghorns and welsummers included as well as a common EE coloring. It just doesn't show any EE traits.

Nothing definitive can be said until she/he is older.
