What kind of chicken is this?

She was my "extra" in my order from Mypetchicken. She's got blue-black feathers like the Black star on her body, but on her neck, these distinctive brown feathers, and her earlobe and face is very red, not white. Any ideas? The closest photo I've found so far is a Brown Leghorn, but according to mypetchicken, they have white earlobes and her's are definitely red:

So nobody has any idea at all? Is she even a chicken?

I can definately confirm that yes, in deed, she is a chicken. I am not experienced enough to tell you what kind though. Someone here will, I think.

LOL Texas! I'm still waiting for someone at mypetchicken to email me back. In the meantime, it seems nobody has an idea! Maybe I have a rare "Eh, just send her that chick" breed.

It would be better to provide a pic of the whole body to determine what she is. With only being able to see her head, I can't really figure it out. There are lots of chicken breeds that come in the same color, so a pic of the body might help.

Ok, I'll try to get a better picture this evening. I know the wire doesn't help much either. But basically her body looks exactly like the Black Star..same shape and size (although this one is slightly larger) and same blue-black tint to the feathers..the only think different is her neck and head plumage.

Her neck and head remind me of leghorn a little bit. Wonder if she's a mix?

The color looks Birchen to me but like Jody said many different breeds come in similar if not the same color.
