What kind of chicken is this?

My cousin has this chicken but we can't tell what breed it is. She's definitely a bantam. She is not a Plymouth Rock because my cousin also has a Plymouth Rock bantam and she says they are definitely not the same breed. She said her colors are more blended together and she's got a bigger tail and looks more like a rooster then the Plymouth Rock bantam she has, plus their combs and totally different. But she is a hen, because she lays eggs. Also she said her head and neck have a lot of brown in them.

I have a few pictures but they aren't that good.

This isn't a very good one, but she's the smaller one (obviously).

No Problem. Old English are adorable,so I knew right away she was one (She's so cute!!)
